Due next week patch 1.2 will try to address an issue where some PlayStation 3 gamers are experiences stutter and lag after playing the game over 30 hours. It would appear that the large save file created as you play is causing the issue.
The 1.2 patch will also fix other platform issues, the game is massive and to think it could be launched without any problems would be impossible.
Let's all hope this patch will address the reported problems. Looking forward to the scheduled release next week.

"Wanted to let everyone know that the next PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 updates have been submitted for certification, and that the PC patch is coming too. The current estimate is that they will be live the week after Thanksgiving."
