The goal of the game is to earn money, upgrade the store, use little marketing tricks to boost income and work your way up from a shop assistant to an experienced manager.
At the start of the game you have to do with a small store and the most basic equipment. At this stage your duties are mainly filling counters and serving customers. As you advance through the levels you earn money, get promotion and the opportunity to invest money into buying and upgrading equipment and hiring assistants that will help you handle increasing customer traffic.
One of the Supermarket Management exciting challenges is that in this game all the customers choose for themselves what they want to buy. To get the best scores you must keep your customers as happy as possible. You have to choose the right product for each customer, offer them food samples, make cakes and do it all as fast as possible. Dark Void video game (using Unreal Engine) trailer
Dive deeper into the Void with part one of Dark Void’s Dev Diary Series. Senior producer, Morgan Gray and development team, Airtight Games gives us an in-depth look into Dark Void’s back story. Keiji Inafune, Capcom’s Head of R&D, also makes a guest appearance to talk about why the game is so special!
Never-before-seen footage and new info is revealed so make sure to check it out.
Dark Void is a new sci-fi action-adventure game that combines an adrenaline-fuelled blend of aerial and on-foot combat set in a parallel universe called “The Void”. Players will take on the role of Will; a pilot dropped into incredible circumstances while on a routine air cargo flight crashes in the Bermuda triangle leading him to be trapped in the Void. This unlikely hero soon finds himself swept into a desperate struggle for survival at the head of a group called The Survivors. Trapped in the Void, these resistance fighters are battling to hold off a mysterious alien race that plans to threaten Earth.
Dark Void’s unique combination of in-air and on-ground combat creates a thrilling new gameplay dynamic to the third-person shooter experience. Taking 3D action to a whole new level, Dark Void’s vertical combat system allows players to dangle from thousand foot drops as they take cover and drop enemies from above and below, bringing a whole new sense of vulnerability and thrill to the player. Defying gravity in vertical combat is only half the battle as, over time, Will is upgraded to a powerful rocket pack which allows for fierce in-air combat as gamers are able to fly through the void at unparallel speeds shooting down anything that gets in their path. Blasting away at massive bosses has never been this much fun as Dark Void offers a unique grip system made up of a variety of grip-based mini-games including skyjacking UFOs mid-flight.

inFamous v Prototype video games on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3
It's on a Dutch site here's the Google translation...
This current generation, we see many good titles come. Denk maar eens aan een Gears of War, Killzone, LittleBigPlanet en Call of Duty 4. Just think of a Gears of War, Killzone, LittleBigPlanet and Call of Duty 4.
Helaas lijken veel titels toch sterk op elkaar. Unfortunately, many titles is very similar. In wezen doen we in Gears of War hetzelfde trucje als in Killzone. In essence we do in Gears of War the same trick as in Killzone.
Daarom is het moeilijk om door de bomen het bos te zien. It is therefore difficult for the wood for the trees to see. Welke titel is nou wel de moeite waard en welke niet? Which title is well worth it and what not? Eind deze en begin volgende maand verschijnen weer twee games die op het eerste gezicht sterk op elkaar lijken, Prototype en inFamous.
At the end of this month and early next two games at first sight very similar, Prototype and infamous. Beide zijn open wereld games à la Grand Theft Auto en beide zijn overgoten met een klein superheldensausje. Both are open world games à la Grand Theft Auto and both with a little sauce superhero. Maar welke game kun je nou het beste gaan halen? But what game you can just go get the best? Welke is je zuurverdiende 60 euro waard? What is your hard-earned 60 euro worth?

Call of Duty 4 claim over 13 million Xbox LIVE players
There are currently 13 million unique Xbox Live users playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, according to a new interview with Infinity Ward community manager Robert Bowling.
Speaking to Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb in his latest podcast, Bowling commented that: "Call of Duty 4 on Xbox Live just exploded. I mean right now we're at 13 million unique users on 360 and that's insane."
In January, Bowling put the online total for the Xbox 360 at 10,006,606 unique users, suggesting a considerable increase over the last few months - despite the game having been originally released in November 2007.
The number of PlayStation 3 unique users, which naturally were not mentioned on Hryb's show, were put at 4,381,276 unique users in January. With a significant percentage of users likely never to have played the game online, the game's overall unit sales make it one of the most successful titles of all time.
The first direct sequel to the game, to be known simply as Modern Warfare 2, is due for released on November 10. It is widely expected to be the best-selling game of the year, with Activision even voicing hopes that it will become the best-selling title of all time.

Channel 4 announces unique new Strategy game!
It’s the most famous date in British history, but how might events have been different if you had been commanding the armies that fought for control of England? In a unique and historically accurate strategy game, accompanying a major Channel 4 series, BAFTA-award winners Preloaded encourage you to take the field with the Saxons, the Normans and the Vikings to fight out the visceral, dynamic battles which decided England’s fate.
The game puts you into the thick of the action, giving you direct control over every arrow barrage, cavalry charge and defensive stand taken by your armies. On-the-button mini-games add to the tension of issuing commands, and a striking visual style and dramatic animation deliver a distinctive portrayal of medieval warfare. A multiplayer option offers the chance to test your mettle against friends or other 1066 players. Rather than just relying on factual statistics, victory also depends on the morale of your troops, which played a crucial role on the eleventh-century battlefields. Taunts, chants and the presence of a strong leader will all prove key to winning the day.
Working hand-in-hand with the award-winning production company Hardy Pictures, the game accompanies a major new two-part Channel 4 drama which brings the battles of 1066 to life for the first time on film or TV. With direct access to period consultants, every aspect of the game is historically accurate, from the armaments and tactics to the insults that you can hurl across the battlefield. Echoing the exceptional production values of the TV show, the game tells its stories through vivid animations voiced by Oscar-nominated Sir Ian Holm, famous for his roles in Alien and The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
The game balances this factual core with some fresh game design ideas, drawing on such acclaimed and varied titles as Advance Wars, WarioWare and Patapon. “We wanted to make a game that took all the sound and fury of these crucial historical battles, but made them as immediate and irresistible as the best modern games. What we found is that the more we drew on the history, the more we could create rich and dramatic gaming experience,” says Preloaded’s creative director Phil Stuart.
Filmed entirely on location in Yorkshire and Sussex, the Channel 4 Specialist Factual commission 1066 stars an international cast, including Mike Bailey (Skins), Francis Magee (Layer Cake), Søren Byder (Foyle's War) and Anthony Debaeck (Wolfman) and is written by Peter Harness (City of Vice, Is There Anybody There?). Director Justin Hardy has previously directed the award-winning The Great Plague, Trafalgar Battle Surgeon, Heist, and A Harlot’s Progress, as well as the genre-defining City of Vice and the BAFTA-nominated The Relief of Belsen.

Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron Storms PSP (PlayStation Portable) System and Nintendo DS this Fall
Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron presents an expanded new take on the classic Star Wars Battlefront gameplay, resulting in new levels of interaction and excitement in handheld gaming. The massive, galactic campaign will ship this Fall for the PSP (PlayStation Portable) system and Nintendo DS.
For the first time ever in the Star Wars Battlefront series, players will be able to fight on multi-level battlefronts, on the ground and in space. Players can start the fight on foot, commandeer a vehicle to battle on the ground or dogfight in space, and land their craft and fight on capital starships. The battles waged on each front are all directly effected by the player’s actions, creating a combat experience where every shot fired and every enemy defeated can affect the outcome of a battle on another front.
Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron features a deep and engrossing single player campaign that spans the entire Star Wars Saga — and beyond. Gamers assume the identity of X2, a clone trooper created from the DNA of a Jedi Master. Originally tasked with eliminating Jedi during Order 66, X2 decides to leave his blood-stained past behind and joins the Rebellion. X2 isn’t the only Force-sensitive clone, however. X1, his clone brother, chooses a much more sinister path, leading to a confrontation that could determine the fate of both the Empire and the Rebellion.
Additionally, players will have at their disposal massive amounts of pick-up and play action for seemingly endless replay value. The PSP provides the deepest customization options ever seen in a Star Wars Battlefront title, allowing players to personalize and build their character with more weapons and items than ever before, including the weapons characters carry into battle, the armor they wear on their backs, their species, gender, appearance and physical strengths. Players can also unlock hundreds of other items and bonuses to help even the odds. On Nintendo DS, players can experience a unique class-based gameplay experience that allows them to outfit their characters with pre-determined weapon armaments, including heavy weapons, blasters and even lightsabers.
Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron on the PSP supports 16-player multiplayer, complete with in-depth stat tracking, and intense 4-player skirmishes on Nintendo DS across a wide number of modes, including the all-new “Heroes and Villains.” Take up arms as some of the most iconic Star Wars characters, including Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Kit Fisto, Darth Maul and other familiar faces from Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed™. And battle for the fate of the galaxy on some of the most memorable Star Wars planets of all time, including the forest-covered landscape of Endor, the frozen wastes of Hoth and even the mysterious Yavin 4.
More information about the game can be found at the official website, www.starwarsbattlefront.com.
