Black Bean Games announce NewU Fitness First Mind Body, the second release of the "NewU Fitness First" series following the success of NewU Fitness First Personal Trainer.
Focused on Yoga and Pilates workouts, the new title is being developed by UK-based Lightning Fish studio and will be available on Nintendo Wii in March 2010. NewU Fitness First Mind Body will be fully compatible with Wii Balance Board and Wii Motion Plus.
Why Yoga & Pilates? Both disciplines have continued to grow in popularity and with the expertise of Fitness First, Black Bean Games is creating a product so people can easily practise in their living rooms.
In the UK it's estimated that over three million people practise yoga and this figure has more than doubled in the past five years, while in the US 10 million people with an average age of 38 practise the same technique.
Since this great worldwide success, the product is appealing for both women and men.
NewU Fitness First Mind Body addresses the needs of your mind and your body with the Yoga and Pilates workout using a range of breathing and relaxation techniques. It will include a full and customisable program of exercises demonstrated by real personal trainers through videos and audio voiceover.
