When they set out to create the Caligari sector Neocore had a very clear vision in mind: they wanted to evoke the never-ending battle of the 41st Millennium in a huge persistent open world with unprecedented diversity in an Action RPG and make the players truly a part of it by giving them the opportunity to influence its fate through their actions.
