Currently in Alpha on Steam’s Early Access program, Starpoint Gemini 2 will offer gamers the opportunity to launch fighter wings on unsuspecting enemies during space combat while utilizing Oculus Rift’s 3D, next-generation capabilities to provide unadulterated immersion.
The sequel to Starpoint Gemini 1, Starpoint Gemini 2 is a unique space-simulation with role-playing elements that thrusts gamers into a fractious galactic space environment replete with 50 factions, dangerous wormholes, rift ways to speed travel, and a dynamic real-time 3D combat system. Players can pilot more than 70 distinct, fully upgradeable space craft in a universe that’s powered with realistic physics provided by NVIDIA PhysX technology.
