The Data Network is a brand new social media network that allows Star Trek fans to join together and connect with each other. Using twitter like functions, we have built a strong member base over 3 weeks. We have over 250 members already, and we have many fleets signing on to become a “Featured Fleet”. Fleet’s like Obsidian Fleet and United Confederation Fleet have created their own fleet account to get information out to their officers.
The idea behind this network was to allow Star Trek fans a way to connect with each other, in a simple and easy way. With a private message system, mentions, and transmissions, there are plenty of ways for fans to connect
By following people you know, you will receive all of their transmissions on your feed, allowing you to easily see what is going on. Our developer Richard Evans sends out regular information in regards to new features, and upcoming changes, and works with fleets to help them build their followers.
We want to grow our network and allow Star Trek fans a single place to communicate and make new friends with other Star Trek fans.
