Divines of the East Class Spotlight: Sword Saint the first of three playable classes in free-to-play RPG inspired by ancient Asian mythology

Coming soon to Game321.com, Divines of the East is an upcoming free-to-play side-scrolling RPG 2D browser game that throws players into an ancient world brought to life with gorgeous, painstakingly hand-drawn graphics inspired by ancient Asian mythology. Strange and powerful creatures, Eastern-themed locations, and an exciting storyline are all awaiting players in Divines of the East; an RPG set to offer gamers a thrilling and truly unique taste of the Orient.

Publisher NGames has today detailed the playable Sword Saint class – a perfect choice for any Divines of the East adventurer hoping to be crowned the king (or queen) of melee.

Sword Saints live and die by their blades. They are the true close-combat warriors of the Orient, capable of leading the front line of any group into battle with their impervious defense, impressive speed, and powerful physical attack attributes.

Sword Saints prefer to stun their opponents with strong physical strikes, rather than use the magical effects of other class types. This enables Sword Saint players to deal massive amounts of physical damage to both single opponents and larger groups of enemies, leaving them vulnerable for supporting team members to sweep in and finish them off.

By tapping into the power of their trusty swords as they traverse the Oriental landscape, Sword Saints will permanently increase their strength, agility, critical hit, and max HP. These attributes can even be augmented for a limited time during battle by using the mysterious Power-up Sutra skill.

Although it isn't magic in the traditional sense, Sword Saints are capable of attacking with such breathtaking speed that their unique Ultimate Sword Wind strikes deal wind damage to their opponents. And with the Ultimate Sword Seduce skill – a dizzying display of sword movements and attacks – Saints can confuse their enemies so badly that they turn and attack their own team members.
