Free-to-play MMORPG, Silkroad Online, which is enjoyed by an astounding 15 million players across the globe, will get a major Skill Balance Update on December 18th. Titled, "Ignite Silkroad Part 2: East & West Unite!” the update is the second grand update for the game in the last month. One of the major enhancements of the upcoming Silkroad Online update is the overall skill enhancement in Race, Class, and Party play.
All character types will be affected with the major enhancement first-hand, which will offer Silkroad players a whole new gameplay experience. Silkroad Online refines the skill balance between the games two races, Chinese and European, by taking it to the next level.
The two races were originally designed to befit players who preferred single play (the Chinese race) and players who preferred party play (the European race). The distinction between the two, while it served its initial purpose, gave each side lesser incentive to mingle. The new race balance enhancements encourage both sides to party play together more by finely tuning some of the skills from both races, offering each sides new party effect skills, and ultimately expanding with a wider range of players to party with for everyone. Through the Race Balance Enhancements, players of both races will be able to integrate and experience all the rich content each side has to offer. Chinese and European race each offer a set of 6 to 7 different classes and each will experience a full balance enhancement through Dec. 18th update.
Players can expect a major change with the high increase in all classes' physical damage. Other enhancements in particular skills will also be made in specific classes, such as merging part of the Force Mastery classes and reforming the strengths in the Cleric/Bard class.
And finally, a skill enhancement all players will indefinitely be happy to hear about is the stunning increase in the party play EXP bonus upgrade. Once the update is live on Dec. 18th, all parties will receive a full 20% EXP buff, which is a huge jump from the original 5%. With all the enhancements made in Races and Classes, the extra party play EXP bonus is just the icing on the top! With last month's update bringing full permanent benefits in players both new and old, Silkroad Online once again makes a big step towards bringing a new and exciting gameplay experience for players of all types.
