Michael Johnson is celebrating the Olympiad by offering his Fun Run app free for a limited period
The legendary Olympic sprinter launched his two apps, Motiv8 and Fun Run, at an exclusive Apple Store Regents Street event in July and is the main anchor on the BBC's Olympics coverage live from the Olympic Stadium.
Johnson's Fun Run app, which has been developed and produced by Moshen, challenges kids of all ages to produce world beating personal bests in order to collect gold, silver and bronze medals. Take on the track or cruise across country, boost energy levels by eating the healthy food, just make sure to avoid the junk food which will slow progress.
There have been gold medals aplenty already in London and there will be plenty more with Michael Johnson's Fun Run available for free from now until the end of the Olympic Games. Go to the iTunes App Store to download for free.
Once you've enjoyed the free running of Fun Run, you might just want to take things a little more seriously and progress to Motiv8. Developed using unique timesplicing technology, Michael Johnson's Motiv8 is a GPS running app with a difference. Motiv8 sees users given a professional workout from one of the greatest runners of all time, Michael Johnson will be with you literally every step of the way.
