PlayStation 3 gamers of Modern Warfare 3 are furious about unfare timing of DLC for consoles were X360 gamers come first. A long term contract with Microsoft sees MW3 DLC available first for Xbox 360 gamers this agreement between publisher Activision and Microsoft will last throughout 2012.
Confusion started as PS3 gamers with Elite Premium subscription believed they would access DLC at the same time as Xbox 360 Elite Premium subscribers. However the DLC is not yet released on PS3 while Activision distance themselves from this misleading incident.

"Activision Elite member were mislead. The company did mention that Elite Member will get early access to DLC, but they "conveniently" didn't mention that PS3 members will not get the DLC the same time as Xbox members. So thats where the confusion is coming from."
"The same thing is going to happen again in February when PS3 owners will get drop 1 on 24 February and Xbox gamers will get drop 2 on 24 February again PS3 elite members will be exactly 1 month behind each drop!"
