The iOS version of F1 2010 will include all of the official teams, drivers and circuits including the night race at Singapore. Players can drive as their favourite driver, chosen from the 12 official teams, and race on the 19 official tracks from the season.
- Time Trial is all about achieving the fastest lap on the selected circuit with a ghost car running ahead of the user with a default completion time. Each time that the user beats the ghost car's lap time, the ghost becomes the user’s next time to beat.
- Endurance is an extension to time trial where the users will need to check their consistency of speed throughout the number of laps chosen and the average time will be registered.
- Party Play is a multiplayer mode, which will allow users to compete against up to 4 of their friends on the same device.
F1 2010 GAME will deliver realistic race car physics; players control the race action using just three simple controls with innovative sliding acceleration. The game will offer customizable driving configuration to suit users from amateurs to pro gamers.
F1 2010 GAME also offers social elements in the game with integrated Game Center and Open Feint leader boards. Players can submit their best endurance and lap times onto the world leader board and strive to get to the top. Users can also share their game achievements on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.
The technology combined with Codemasters’ unprecedented access to FORMULA ONE teams and drivers will ensure that F1 2010 GAME delivers the same authentic FORMULA ONE racing experience on iOS as it did on PC and console. The game will be available on the Apple Appstore at USD 2.99.
