Call of Duty Black Ops game reported to UK Office of Fair Trading (not fit for purpose) claim gamers

After months of complaining UK gamers have taken their fight against Activision to the UK Office of Fair trading claiming that Call of Duty Black Ops video game is not fit for purpose.

They claim the game should not have been released and list the following issues...
* Main menu freezing as the game is started on the PC version
* Sudden disconnections from online multi-player game sessions
* Freezing of PlayStation 3 console, forcing the user to reset it
* Inability to join servers that play host to multi-player game sessions
