Codemasters Online today announced its latest expansion move that sees all in-game customer support staff brought in-house.

This commitment marks an important milestone in the development and expansion of Codemasters Online and signifies another facet to their already substantial and comprehensive service suite for online persistent products.

This move also provides Codemasters Online with the opportunity to offer more flexible and fluid customer service, responding quickly to player feedback and suggestions. With the direct management of customer care now available, all aspects of the service are being completely reviewed in order to ensure that the customer is getting the very best service available.

David Solari, Vice President and General Manager of Codemasters Online says, "I am very pleased to announce this next step in Codemasters Online's growth. Bringing the online game support in-house has been something we have been working on for some time and we are all very excited at this landmark event. We have always had good in-game support and now have the opportunity to take it even further.”

This expansion has created more than 30 positions for new staff based at the Codemasters HQ in Southam Warwickshire and sees experienced personnel hired from all over Europe taking up roles within the team as Senior Game Masters and Game Masters.

Candidates interested in applying for one of the remaining roles can visit the Codemasters Careers web page at http://www.codemasters.com/careers for full details on the roles and on how to submit an application.
