Nintendo announce European games - Pokémon Platinum, Pikmin 2, Punch Out! and Donkey Kong Jungle Beat

Nintendo announced its Spring titles for the Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii last month. It's Europe's turn this month.

Nintendo's German language release confirms Nintendo DSi and Rhythm Heaven release dates.

Punch Out! hits May 18 in North America, Jungle Beat is out May 4 and Pikmin 2 happened on March 9. Pokémon Platinum release is the same for North America and Europe.

The European Spring announcement from Nintendo mentions nothing of Nintendo Wii Sports Resort or the Wii MotionPlus Wii Remote add-on. Both are believed to be behind schedule — a claim Nintendo has refuted here.

Also confirmed Wii Points are now called Nintendo Points.
