Speculation that Sony will cut the price of their flagship console the PlayStation 3 by removing the Blu-Ray player are appearing all over the Internet.They have been reported to be cutting $100 off the price by removing the high- capacity Blu-Ray players. That doesn't make much sense to me as this would limit the games and video output from the device. I know a lot of people who bought a PlayStation 3 specifically for the Blu-Ray function.
