Wonder Blade hack-and-slash combat game on PS4, PC and Switch

Arcade hack-and-slash Wonder Blade has today left Steam Early Access on PC and has also battled its way onto Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 - with the Xbox One version coming very soon. 

The cartoon side-scroller puts players in the boots of a brave adventurer and slaps a frozen fish in their hands as they battle through waves of enemies using a devastating array of weapons, combos and magical abilities; all to rescue the princess and save the kingdom from disaster. Wonder Blade’s combination of tongue in cheek story and frenetic arcade-style gameplay is brought to life through the game’s lovingly animated art style, which instantly draws players into its fantastical world packed full of surprises. 

Wonder Blade places an incredible selection of killer combos, fantastic finishers and massive magical abilities at the player’s fingertips. This variety also extends to the game’s arsenal of deadly weapons with players able to scorch foes with laser swords and even bonk them on the head with frozen fish.

Rockstar Games Backward Compatibility on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S

With the imminent launches of both the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X|S later this month, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2 will be playable on these new consoles via backward compatibility, along with the most recent versions of L.A. If you own a disc-based copy of any backward compatible game, you'll be able to insert that disc directly into your new PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X (excludes PlayStation 5 Digital Edition and Xbox Series S consoles). 2020 F1 Esports series driver Jarno Opmeer keeps Alfa Romeo Racing on top

Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN driver Jarno Opmeer continued to stamp his authority on the 2020 F1 Esports series with a win and two podiums in the second week of action of the championship. The Dutch racer is now up to 123 points, 27 clear of Red Bull’s Marcel Kiefer, with the team in second place in the constructors’ championship.

Racing in Zandvoort, Montreal and Spielberg, the Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN racers had to face a resurgent Red Bull duo of Kiefer and Frede Rasmussen, which had emerged as the main title threat in the first round of races. Heading into uncharted territory in the Netherlands, on a track on which Formula One has yet to race, Opmeer narrowly missed on pole position; team-mate Daniel Bereznay, meanwhile, was unfortunate to miss out on a slot in Q2 on a track where overtaking is notoriously difficult. Splitting strategies, with Opmeer starting on softs and Bereznay on mediums, the duo set off to bring home a good haul of points.
