The Modern Warfare lawsuit, brought by former Infinity Ward staff, against Activision Blizzard for $625 million damages has been halved to $216 million before the case begins.The damages and unpaid bonuses were claimed after Activision allegedly denied the money from Modern Warfare 2 sales - saying it would hand over the cash if Modern Warfare 3 was completed and released by November 2011.
